The WISE Finance system provides a self-balancing, double-entry, multi-fund accounting system that is compliant with the revised 1022 Michigan School Accounting code for K-12 public schools. The software utilizes six interactive files: ledger, transaction, invoice, requisition, purchase order and vendor. It has 24 fully interactive funds.
The Simplified Management Analysis and Reporting Tool (SMART) program is a user friendly, PC-based query and reporting tool that uses a Graphical User Interface (GUI) for queries from the finance, requisition and payroll systems. This allows easy retrieval of financial information.
