Human Resources

The Calhoun ISD Human Resource Division provides a full range of employment-related services to district administrators and 460+ Calhoun ISD employees.

Our key functions include coordination of recruitment/hiring processes, management of leaves of absence, classification review, benefit administration, state/federal personnel reporting and compliance, and labor relations.  Our division continues to coordinate processes for local districts to work with providers of substitute employee services and day to day technical assistance to local districts and superintendents.  We are available to our local districts for support and guidance.
