Continuous Improvement
Continuous Improvement is a Division of Regional Instructional Services that works closely with school districts and school buildings to improve student learning in all grades and areas. Ensuring both that state reporting mandates are met and that research-founded practices are utilized, the Continuous Improvement Division assists school leaders and educators to assess their needs, make improvement plans, then monitor and evaluate their particular learning needs. Professional learning is provided on best-practices in continuous improvement, MICIP (Michigan Continuous improvement Process), implementation science, data analysis, and strategic decision-making. Individual consultation is also provided, as is essential information disseminated from local, regional, and statewide sources.
